Tokyo will change the design of the tourist transport card in September

Tokyo Tourism will renew in September the public transport card for tourists PASMO, which will have a new design in which the characters of Sanrio will appear –Hellow Kitty is the best known– so that it can also be conceived as a souvenir of the city.

Public transport card for travelers in Tokyo

With this card, the traveler has the opportunity to travel by train or bus, both in Tokyo and in the rest of Japan, to visit the main tourist attractions, in addition to being able to purchase other products in vending machines or have discounts on tourist visits.

This card can be obtained both at Narita International Airport and at the Keikyu Tourist Information Center at Haneda Airport and the city’s train stations.

The card is valid for 28 days after purchase and has two modalities, one for adults and one for children under twelve years.
