The Port Authority of the Bay of Cádiz (APBC) has made a “very positive” balance of its participation in the Seatrade Cruise Global, the largest cruise event in the world held in Miami a few days ago, ensuring that the leading shipping companies in the world an outstanding to the Port of Cádiz.
As indicated in a note APBC, among the main conclusions of the meeting, highlights the presentation by two of the leading shipping companies in the world of the results of satisfaction surveys carried out among its customers and that coincide in granting to the Port of Cádiz an outstanding rating.
Specifically, the Royal Caribbean passenger satisfaction survey of 2018 gives 8.5 to the port of Cadiz and Holland America cruise passengers show an 86 percent valuation, the best score for customers in all Spanish ports, APBC has indicated.
The Port Authority, which has come for the twenty-fourth consecutive occasion to this event, has ensured that it will continue to strive to improve these results, in addition to undertaking a new line of work to provide a differentiated offer to the shipping companies that visit Cádiz and also to create, from the hand of destiny, a luxury product to companies in the sector.

Carnival, Azamara, Crystal Cruises, MSC Cruises, Calypso, Windstar, Blue Water Shipping (consignee), Virgin Voyages, Ritz Carlton or Seadream are some of the shipping companies that the Port Authority has had contact with during Seatrade and that have Cadiz in currently or facing a near future.
Finally, the APBC has indicated that the fair has been attended by more than 11,000 participants from 30 countries and together with the Port Authority have traveled Cadiz companies Cadiship and Tincasur.
