The promoters of the luxury hotel Four Seasons and Private Residences in Marbella (Malaga), which will have a hotel and private residences of great luxury on the beachfront, are waiting for the City Council to approve some partial plan reports to start the request for the necessary licenses to start the works, according to the president of Villa Padierna Hotels & Resorts, owner of the land, Ricardo Arranz.
Speaking to Europa Press, Arranz noted that the promoters have raised the design of the project by the architect, Richard Meier, and have a partially approved partial plan that must be completed with different reports, including those related to the project. with coasts and roads.
After the approval of the reports linked to the partial plan, the promoters may initiate the application for the different licenses and thus initiate the execution of the works. “The project is already done, the funds, deposited and the agreement with Four Seasons – the chain that will manage the hotel – closed, everything is done, the most immediate procedure will be the presentation of the project so that they give us the licenses and immediately, the works will begin, “he added.
The works will be extended on both sides of the A-7 motorway in the Torre Real area on land that has already been developed and will run for two years.
The resort, which will involve an investment of 650 million euros, will have an area of 400,000 square meters, a building area of close to 100,000 square meters and generate some 750 fixed jobs and between 2,500 and 3,000 during the works.
The first stone of the performances was placed at the beginning of October 2018. The promoters have assured that it is a “great project” with which to attract tourists of higher quality to the Costa del Sol and “glamor” to Marbella, in addition to to combat the seasonality of tourism and they cite the success that Four Seasons has shown in the establishments that it manages in Miami or Dubai.
