The Barcelona Airport has scheduled 41.1 million seats for summer, 6.4% more

The airlines have scheduled 41.1 million seats in the Barcelona Airport for the summer season, 6.4% more than last year, and 214,182 commercial passenger operations are scheduled, 4.7% more.

There are 341 planned routes (8 more) and include openings to Mexico (Aeroméxico), Santiago de Chile and New York JFK (Level), Chicago (Norwegian) and Toronto (Wesjet), according to a statement from Aena about the summer season, that goes from March 31 to October 26.

The Airport of Reus (Tarragona) will have 1.1 million seats (9.4% more) and the one of Girona-Costa Brava 1.9 million (2.2% less).
