The Swiss airline Swiss will offer the best of the cuisine of the Bernese Oberland, the highest region of the canton of Bern, as part of its proposal ‘Swiss Flavors of Switzerland’.
The prominent chef Robert Speth will be in charge of offering the premium long distance passengers of the airline his exclusive culinary creations.
Until next March, the travelers of ‘Swiss First’ and ‘Swiss Business’ will enjoy the creations of the renowned Chesery restaurant chef in Gstaad, an institution of the five-star hotel Le Grand Bellevue that has helped consolidate Saanenland as a destination culinary.
Among the most outstanding dishes to be tasted by the clients is a variety of regional cheeses, venison, grouper or veal stew as a main dish, as well as nougat or candied dessert oranges. All this will be paired with the best wines of the Swiss region.
