The SH Hotels chain presents ‘SH Flat’, a new line of business that will consist of the commercialization of 14 ‘premium’ apartments in Valencia, which seek to satisfy a public that prefers to enjoy the “advantages” of an apartment with the services of a hotel, such as long stays for executives or weekend trips or trips for families, according to the company in a statement.
The hotel group joins this new trend in the sector with different housing options, from one to two bedrooms from 85 square meters and with capacity from one to six people.
The location is one of the “keys” with which the company wants to “reinforce” this new line of business, so the apartments are divided into two blocks located near important enclaves of Valencia and with great connectivity, such as Plaza de the Virgin or the Central Market. For the hiring, a new web page has been enabled (www.shflats.com), although there will also be access through other distribution channels such as Booking or Expedia.
The general director of SH Hotels, Javier Vallés, has highlighted the “eagerness” of the group for excellence and customer satisfaction, even “adapting” to the new demands of travelers.
“Through SH Flat we seek to meet this growing demand that aspires to a more independent stay, enjoying the benefits of a home such as the kitchen or the use of washing machines, but without giving up premium services such as those we have been offering” , Has expressed.
“MODERN AND HARMONIOUS” STYLE
For the decoration of the apartments, the company has opted for a “modern and harmonious” style, for the “comfort” of the guests. All of them have a “spacious” living area with flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and a “complete kit with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay”, which includes from toiletries, to kitchen utensils.
The commercialization of these apartments, which began this summer, has yielded a “more than positive” result, with an occupation above 85% and that has detected among the Spanish public an average stay of three days. Below this, it has been Italians, French, Dutch and Germans who have demanded this service the most.
