Salobre Hotel Resort & Serenity bets on the local Canarian product with the opening of two new spaces

Salobre Hotel Resort & Serenity has opted for gastronomy and the local product of the Canary Islands with the opening of two new spaces in which it will give «free rein» to its culinary creativity; ‘The S Club’ and ‘Sidecar’, according to the company in a statement.

In this sense, ‘The S Club’ is conceived as «the perfect after green» and will be the lounge that the hotel has created as a meeting point for golf fans.

To eat, you bet on swing food and on the menu there are suggestions to share and main dishes such as S Club Black Angus Hamburger or avocado tartare. Banoffee is also offered, a dessert with sautéed banana, strawberry compote, cream and crispy banana.


For its part, the other bet of Salobre Hotel Resort & Serenity is ‘Sidecar’, a new concept of restoration that aims to take the guest to a sensory experience that begins with the view through an open kitchen, where you can see close how the chosen dish is cooked.

Regarding the food, the stoves are based on market cuisine influenced by the world and the reinvention of classic recipes in suggestive dishes such as the bluefin tuna Tartar with wasabi mayonnaise, pickled onion and mango on leaf of Nasturtium or Octopus sauteed with a variety of Canarian potatoes, boiled mojo and wakame seaweed.
