MSC Cruises has launched ‘MSC Masters’, an electronic training platform for travel agents, with which the company seeks to expand the distribution channel of its offer, generating interest among those agencies that are not familiar with its product offerings.
‘MSC Masters’ is a digital program that will provide relevant information to the intermediation professionals, helping to deepen their knowledge about the company and sell their cruise experiences.
Professionals who enroll in the program can become an ‘MSC Cruises Master’ and get incentives. The digital program, which can be accessed 24 hours a day, includes interactive modules with videos and tutorials with information on the characteristics of the ships, destinations, lifestyle on board and on MSC Book.
In addition, ‘MSC Masters’ will reward travel agents as they complete the modules. Those who complete the ‘MSC Basic’ course will obtain a personalized diploma as a graduate professional in ‘MSC Cruises Specialist’. After that, they can take the course ‘MSC Advance’ to become a ‘Teacher’, the highest level.
Upon completion of the courses, participants can be rewarded with gifts and invitations to special events, and may even win a cruise aboard the new boat ‘MSC Bellissima’ participating in the ‘OK ZOE’ contest, explains the shipping company in a statement
