Meliá returns in August to Costa Rica with a resort

Meliá Hotels International has announced the signing of the ‘Sol Tamarindo’, a resort of 242 rooms distributed in several buildings, with which the company resumes its presence in Costa Rica from next August 1.

This is the current ‘Hotel Tamarindo Diriá Beach Resort’, an iconic establishment of the Tamarindo Beach, owned by the Diriá Group, the main real estate group in the area, located on the beach itself and bordering the famous Diriá Grand Boulevar with its restaurants, shops and Casino.

The resort has six restaurants and three bars, as well as several leisure and entertainment areas such as its four swimming pools, tennis court and gym.

The resort, which will be renamed ‘Sol Tamarindo’ in August, will adapt its standards and attributes to the ‘Sol by Meliá’ brand, a benchmark for the holiday segment in the Mediterranean and, increasingly, in Asia. and in America.
