Meliá and Air Europa sign a new partnership in their loyalty programs

MeliáRewards, the loyalty program of Meliá Hotels International that has more than nine million members, has announced a new agreement with the airline Air Europa to extend greater advantages to its customers.

As a result of this new partnership, MeliáRewards holders will be able to obtain SUMA miles (the loyalty program of the Globalia air division) automatically with their stays at the company’s hotels, as well as transferring MeliáRewards points, in a timely manner, to the Air Europa SUMA program.

The client, who must be the owner of both loyalty programs, may choose the option of direct acquisition or timely transfer to SUMA miles through his personal MeliáRewards account at melia.com, and may modify his preferences at any time.

In this way, if the client selects Air Europa SUMA as preferred partners, he / she can begin to accumulate or transfer points at the rate of three MeliáRewards points = 1 SUMM.

As a launch offer, all bookings made up to May 31 (for stays until June 30) will obtain triple points for those customers who select SUMA as a preferred member in their MeliáRewards account.
