Lufthansa airline joins the spirit of Oktoberfest and will receive passengers from the airports of Madrid and Barcelona with employees dressed in the typical Bavarian costume designed with the company’s corporate colors to put a color note in both airports.
Passengers who approach Lufthansa check-in counters at both airports until October 6 will be able to see a large number of airline workers dressed in the ‘Dirndl’ and ‘Lederhosen’ suits, traditional Germanic traditional dress.
In addition, and in the case of the Madrid airport, travelers will receive before boarding their plane the also typical German gingerbread cookie ‘Lebkuchen’.
Passengers bound for Munich or those who connect from there with another flight of the Lufthansa Group intercontinental network, will also enjoy special decoration for the occasion, even with their own ‘Biergarten’.
From Spain, Lufthansa Group offers for the next winter season more than 200 weekly round-trip flights with the Bavarian capital.
