Logis invoiced 46.5 million euros during the first eight months of the year, 2% more than in the same period of the previous year, of which 20 million euros were paid between June and August, 12% more.
The average stay in the hotels was 1.64 days and the cost of 149.01 euros. In Spain, the chain has doubled its turnover with respect to 2017 during the summer, with an increase in reserves of 85%.
The chain’s loyalty program ‘O’Logis’, which has been recently renewed, has accumulated around 190,000 members since it was created in 2013. During the summer of 2018 the number of members has increased by 6%.
As reported by the chain, hotels that have incorporated the new loyalty program have increased their turnover between 25% and 40% since June.
With the program, for each euro spent on the stay the guest accumulates five points. In addition O’Logis allows you to get up to 15 euros in loyalty checks per week. To obtain these advantages it is necessary to have made three reservations of business trips on the web, tasted three lunches and booked three stays.
For leisure trips, the check can be purchased after a reservation on the chain’s website for a minimum of two nights on a half-board basis for two people.
With the new plan, customers can accumulate loyalty points from the first euros spent in restaurants and get 25 loyalty points for making the reservation through the web. In addition, with the card you can also access discounts at more than 30,000 partners.
