KLM inaugurates its renewed Crown VIP Lounge for non-Schengen passengers

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has officially opened its Crown VIP Lounge for non-Schengen passengers completely renovated at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam.

The room is located between the docks E and F of the airport. The ‘KLM House’ has an illuminated glass wall adorned with some five thousand blue Delft blue miniature houses.

Visitors can opt for quick access by scanning their boarding pass at the self-service machines. The room has a white marble counter in the form of a giant KLM logo and offers views of the slopes, the docks and the KLM fleet.

The room currently covers an area of ​​6,800 square meters with about 1,000 completely free seats. In addition, there are about two hundred exclusive seats in the Blue bar and restaurant with exclusive service levels. There, customers can pay with their Flying Blue miles.

The Lounge Guide available online offers visitors a permanent digital assistant that will help them orient themselves, book services, check flight data or request the assistance of one of the personal assistants in the room.
