Ikos Resorts, a company recently landed in Spain, has announced that it will open its new Ikos Aria resort on the island of Cos in the Aegean Sea on May 15, expanding and elevating its renowned all-inclusive luxury portfolio, which will count as of now with a total of four hotels already open. The new five-star resort, located on the beach in one of the most exceptional areas of the island of Kos in Greece, will extend over more than 19 hectares and offer unbeatable views of the Aegean Sea.

Ikos Aria will have a total of 374 rooms of elegant and contemporary design, including one and two bedroom suites for those couples and families looking to stay in a larger space during their holidays. All the rooms have been prepared paying special attention to the smallest details, and, depending on their typology, may include terraces, gardens or private pools, reaching up to 40 square meters with panoramic views of the sea. Beyond its exclusive 850-meter beach, the hotel will feature a spa with products by Anne Sémonin, top-quality sports facilities, including tennis courts, perfect areas for aerobics, basketball or beach volleyball and eight restaurants – one buffet and seven a la carte with menus designed by Michelin-starred chefs. Customers can also enjoy the exclusive service called ‘Dine Out’, with which they can enjoy local cuisine visiting restaurants on the island, all included in the price.

The resort, with an old basilica in the center of its beach, has a privileged location just 45 minutes from the town of Cos and 20 from the city’s airport. For all those who want to enjoy the surroundings of Ikos Aria, the hotel offers its guests ‘Mini Drive Adventure’, a service that allows to have a MINI car to explore the island of Cos, without any additional cost, with recommendations of stops included in the Ikos application, as well as museum tickets for all customers.

With the opening of this new hotel, Ikos Resorts consolidates its commitment to offer the best all-inclusive luxury product in the world, which will arrive in Spain in May 2020 when the new Ikos Andalusia opens in Marbella-Estepona. This resort, which will be born after an investment of 150 million euros, will be only the first that the company plans to open through its new subsidiary in the Iberian Peninsula, Ikos Iberia, which has a total fund of 750 million euros to invest in new properties in the coming years.
