Iberia has partnered with the ‘start up’ Bag on Board (BoB) so that its customers can request baggage pick-up and go to the airport without having to carry luggage, a service only available originating in Madrid and Barcelona for flights to all the airports to which the company flies except the United States, Israel and Senegal.
In order to make use of this, the client must hire the service the day before the flight leaves and the platform will pick it up at any point in Madrid and Barcelona to check it out at the airport and for the client to pick it up at the final destination.
Its cost is 15 euros for the first suitcase and five from the second. You can hire between 8.00 and 20.00 and the reservation can be made ‘online’ or by phone, as explained by the airline in a statement. With this service, the customer will save waiting for the billing queue.
