Innovation and digital transformation are the tools with which to optimize your operations both on the track and in billing and boarding areas and, for this, it has incorporated more than almost 1,000 devices with the latest mobile technology from the manufacturer.

This project includes the provision of Iberia Airport Services ground personnel with rugged smartphones and tablets such as Samsung XCover4S and Samsung Tab Active 2, ultra-resistant to shocks and accidental falls, which have the IP68 certification to protect them against dust or dust. rain and they can also be used with gloves.

Through these mobile devices, agents will be able to obtain information in real time, report quickly and access this data when they need it to update their tasks.

The incorporation of these devices and the integration with the operational applications has allowed to optimize the resources and centralize the information in a single general registry.

These applications will allow real-time monitoring of the operations carried out on the aircraft during the scale, management and distribution of resources in a connected manner, as well as communication and collaboration between the agents that work on the runway with the office staff.
