Hyatt will open a hotel in Paris-Charles de Gaulle, the tenth in France

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of its tenth hotel in France, the first under a double Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Hotels in the country, located next to Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Thanks to a franchise agreement with the operator Cycas Hospitality, the hotel that is being built by the French real estate company Kaufman & Broad, will open in the second half of 2020, as reported by the hotel company in a statement.
 The new Hyatt Place-Paris double Charles de Gaulle Airport and the Hyatt House Paris-Charles de Gaulle will make it possible to “cater to a mix of travelers by offering two brands in one place”, explained the Vice President of Development in Europe andHyatt Africa, Felicity Black-Roberts.A total of 430 rooms, 309 rooms in the Hyatt Place hotel and 121 in the Hyatt House hotel, will share the conference space, a food hall, a gym and a swimming pool.

Currently, there are eight Hyatt brand hotels open in France and the ninth, Hyatt Regency Chantilly, will open in the fall of this year. As of December 31, 2016, the global portfolio of the Chicago-based hotel company comprised 698 properties in 56 countries.
