Hilton earns more than 634.9 million in the first half, up 30.74%

Hilton Worldwide earned 706 million dollars (634.9 million euros) in the first nine months of 2019, which is 30.74% more compared to the same period of 2018, when it obtained a profit of 540 million dollars ( 485.6 million euros), as reported by the US company.

During the first nine months of the year, Hilton’s revenues increased by 7%, reaching 7,083 million dollars (6,370.4 million euros).

The adjusted gross operating profit (Ebitda) amounted to 1,722 million dollars (1,548.77 million euros), 10.5% more than in the first nine months of 2018.

The company’s operating result was 1,309 million dollars (1,177 million euros), 22.3% more than that registered in the same period last year.

Hilton increased its expenses by 5.5% during the first nine months of 2019, to 5,855 million dollars (5,266 million euros).

At September 30, 2019, the company’s debt was 7,084 million dollars (6,371 million euros) compared to 6,892 million dollars (6,198 million euros) recorded at the end of 2018.

Looking ahead to the end of 2019, the company expects a profit of between 923 and 937 million dollars (830 and 847 million euros), as well as an adjusted Ebitda of between 2,285 and 2,305 million dollars (2055 and 2073 million euros) .
