Henderson Park buys the Aloft Madrid Gran hotel for 57 million

SafeGuard Real Estate Management has sold the Aloft Madrid Gran Vía hotel to the European real estate asset management platform Henderson Park for more than 57 million euros, as confirmed by the CBRE consultant who has advised the operation, with a long-term management contract term with Marriott operator under its Aloft brand.

The building, located in the Gran Vía area of ​​Madrid in the center of Madrid, has 139 rooms spread over 13 floors, a rooftop with an outdoor pool, a gym and a bar / restaurant.

“This hotel has a privileged situation in Madrid, which is currently one of the strongest European markets in terms of operating performance and liquidity,” said Miguel Casas Albandor, head of Hotel Investment Properties CBRE Continental Europe.

The establishment is the first of the Aloft brand of Marriott, which has aroused “great interest among international investors,” added from the real estate consultant.
