Ferran Adrià will cook again this Thursday in Barcelona after seven years

The chef Ferran Adrià will return to cooking professionally this Thursday at the Cett, the Campus of Tourism and Hospitality of the University of Barcelona (UB), for the first time since seven years ago he closed elBulli, and he will do it in a ‘masterclass’ before a score of Telefónica customers.

Adrià will reinterpret dishes from traditional Catalan cuisine, such as suquet or fricandó, and participants will be able to discover new methods and culinary techniques, such as deconstruction, as well as learn first-hand about the evolution of the chef since its inception, Telefónica has reported in a communicated this Monday.

Telefónica and Ferran Adrià have developed a program of international actions with the aim of highlighting innovation and creativity, which also include those linked to the activities of elBulli Foundation.
