British family condemned for inventing food poisoning in Benidorm

British justice has condemned a family in Liverpool (England) for a false report in which they alleged that on their return from a holiday in Benidorm (Alicante) had suffered stomach upsets by an alleged food poisoning in a hotel in the town.

However, the justice has condemned the family for false accusation, as confirmed, to Europa Press, the spokesperson of the management team of the Magic Aqua Rock Gardens Hotel, Pilar Lafuente, who has specified that the sentence is “absolutely satisfactory” ” to the company.

Thus, has asserted that it is confirmed that this is a false report and recalled that in “all” the hotels of Magic Costa Blanca follow “the sanitary standards established by Health in checkpoints.”

In addition, he explained that the company’s internal regulations “reinforce even more this sanitary control” over the food offered to customers.

“In the years 2015 and 2016 there was a spike in these false allegations motivated by the unjust desire to get a free vacation,” Lafuente has continued to congratulate that “justice has now acted.”
